From the usual BBQ flat plate & grill, to camp ovens, frypans, billy and pots
The unit can be configured in 3 different positions, with slots not just for a deep V but also for a shallower V to open up the front to be able to easily stoke your fire with more wood or heat beads.( see pictures that show how you can access the fire box while cooking plate is in place. You do not need to disassemble or remove the plate to feed your cooking fire.
