Sausage Roll Stopper x,1 ( see photos for this accessory) this is a new addition to the Cookup 600 model, The accessory is able to be slotted into the front of the BBQ plate cooking area providing a lip/edge that assists to stop your sausage from rolling off or other food being cooked from falling off the hotplate , particularly handy if the surface you are cooking on is not flat and level !!

The unit can be configured in 3 different positions, with slots not just for a deep V but also for a shallower V to open up the front to be able to easily stoke your fire with more wood or heat beads.( see pictures that show how you can access the fire box while cooking plate is in place. You do not need to disassemble or remove the plate to feed your cooking fire)
End plates and side plates have slots and grooves for skewers to lay across the fire box or grill support bars (2 included) , but you can purchase additional support bars and other accessories that include rotisserie support brackets and tool/pot or pan side holder supports.
